Fishbowl Creative Contest

Join our creative contest by submitting one of the below for a chance to win!

 

Post images of your ‘fish tales’ on Facebook and/or Instagram using the hashtag #FishbowlFishTales. The most creative ‘fish tale’ will win a free fish tank starter kit.

 

Record and share videos using Gutcheck Music’s “Fish Bowl” song; whether it be a dance, a trip to the aquarium, a look inside the family fishbowl or a video bringing their creative ‘fish tale’ to life. Videos can be shared on Facebook and Instagram tagging the @AndyGutman and @GutcheckPublishing accounts respectively. Video entries also may be shared on the Gutcheck Publishing social media accounts. The most creative video will win a signed copy of the “Fishbowl” book.

  1. Eligibility: This contest is open to all individuals open to anyone  who reside in the United States.

  2. Entry: To enter the contest, participants must submit their entry via the specified entry method before the contest deadline. Entries must be original and created by the participant.

  3. Judging: The winner will be selected based on the criteria specified in the contest announcement. The decision of the judges is final.

  4. Prizes: The winner will receive the prize specified in the contest announcement. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed.

  5. Notification: The winner will be notified by email or other contact method specified in the contest announcement. If the winner does not respond within seven days, another winner will be chosen.

  6. Publicity: By entering the contest, participants grant the contest organizer the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without compensation.

  7. Release: By entering the contest, participants release the contest organizer, judges, sponsors, and their respective affiliates, agents, and employees from any and all liability for any damages, losses, or injuries of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or any prize won.

  8. Governing Law: This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

  9. Disqualification: The contest organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or who attempts to manipulate or cheat the contest in any way.

  10. Modification or Termination: The contest organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest at any time without notice.

By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges.  Contest ends May 31, 2023
